Terms of Service

The terms that govern your use of DeepSignal products and services.

Last updated: 2026-09-17

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the websites, applications, and services operated by DeepSignal ("DeepSignal", "we", "us"). By using any of them, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

DeepSignal is an independent team. Contact: support@deepsignalai.org.

2. Our services

DeepSignal designs, builds, and operates a portfolio of web applications across image and design, creative generation, and productivity.

Services run on an ongoing basis and may change over time. We may add, modify, or discontinue features. Where a change materially reduces functionality you are paying for, we will give reasonable notice.

3. Your account

Some products require an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Give us accurate information, and tell us promptly at support@deepsignalai.org if you believe your account has been compromised.

Signing in with a third-party account. Where a product offers it, you may create your account through a third-party sign-in provider instead of choosing a password.

When you do, we receive only that provider's basic profile scopes (a unique account identifier, your email address, your name and your profile picture), and we use them for one purpose: to create your account and to sign you in when you return.

We do not request, and cannot access, your mail, your files, your calendar, your contacts, or any other service the provider operates. The permission we hold is the minimum needed to identify you, and that is true of every provider we offer.

You can revoke our access at any time from your account settings with the provider itself. Doing so does not delete your DeepSignal account, which is handled separately under Section 12 and in our Privacy Policy.

Data received this way is subject to the four limits set out in Section 4 of our Privacy Policy. Where a provider publishes its own requirements for handling the data it passes us, we comply with those as well.

You may close your account at any time. Our Privacy Policy explains how to ask for deletion of your data.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use our services for any unlawful purpose, or to produce unlawful content
  • infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of anyone else
  • upload malware, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or another user's account
  • interfere with, overload, or disrupt the services, including by automated scraping or excessive automated requests
  • resell or redistribute the services without our written permission
  • generate content that harasses, defames, or impersonates, or that sexualizes minors

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of this section.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you submit. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit it solely to operate the service and deliver the features you request. This license ends when you delete the content or close your account, except for residual copies in backups removed on our normal rotation.

You are responsible for having the rights to any content you submit.

6. Our intellectual property

The services, including their software, interfaces, and branding, are owned by DeepSignal and protected by intellectual property law. These Terms do not transfer any of those rights to you.

7. Payment

Where a product is paid, prices and billing terms are shown at the point of purchase. Unless stated otherwise at purchase or required by law, payments are non-refundable. Refund requests go to support@deepsignalai.org and are considered in good faith.

8. Third-party services

Our products rely on third-party services, including authentication, payment, hosting, and AI model providers. Your use of a feature built on a third-party service may also be subject to that provider's terms.

9. Disclaimer

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that output generated by AI features will be accurate, appropriate, or suitable for your purpose. You are responsible for reviewing generated output before relying on it.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DeepSignal will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the services is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or USD 100.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify DeepSignal against claims, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your misuse of the services or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

12. Termination

You may stop using the services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue a service. Sections 5, 6, 9, 10, and 11 survive termination.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as our services evolve. We will update the "Last updated" date, and for material changes we will provide reasonable notice. Continuing to use the services after a change takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.
